Terms of Service
Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private commissions only.
This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.Ask me via Discord if you have any questions!Additional note regarding character designs:
I'm only capable of designing furry characters from scratch as that is my strong point.I. Upon Ordering
-Please provide a clear reference sheet of your character. Traditional references are fine as long a digital color palette is included, otherwise I cannot accept your commission. I will not accept descriptive references.
DIGITAL REFERENCES MUST BE IN FLAT COLORS IF THE CHARACTER'S PALETTE IS
NOT PROVIDED WITHIN THE REFERENCE SHEET.Only exemption to this rule is when you order a reference sheet from me. All I need is a detailed description if you're
wanting me to design your character from scratch.II. Payment
-I will only accept USD through Paypal or Ko-Fi.
-I'm flexible with payment in which I accept 50/50 payments (first half is paid for sketch, second half is paid for the finished piece).
Just let me know if you wish to pay this way or pay in full.III. Time
-Estimated time to finish your commission may take up to 2-3 weeks. Though, due to college along with my mental health fluctuating every now and then, delays may happen. I'll let the client know about it if applicable.
However, I will try my best to get it done in a timely manner as possible.IV. Workflow/Process
- I work best when given the artistic/creative freedom. I am very willing and happy to match the ideas
you have in mind (pose/scene/etc.), but please allow and expect some variation.
- Progress WIPs will be sent. That way, while in the sketching stage, if any changes are needed to be made, it'll be
easier for me to do them. Basically, I would need your approval for this stage before I proceed with the lineart
as the lineart stage serves as the finalization and indicates that you are satisfied with the sketch.
- As previously stated, a sketch preview will be sentV. Copyright
-As the artist, only I will be the one to edit the final product.
-You are free to repost the WATERMARKED commission anywhere, but please credit me as the original artist.

-If you wish that your commission to be kept private, then please inform me as I do post the finished pieces to my socials.
-You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark or my signature on the commission piece.VI. Refunds
-Once I start sketching on your commission piece, I will not issue refunds.
However, in the event I won't be able to continue while still in the sketching stage, a partial refund will be issued.
