Upon Ordering
-Please provide a clear reference sheet of your character. Traditional references are fine as long a digital color palette is included, otherwise I cannot accept your commission. I will not accept descriptive references.
DIGITAL REFERENCES MUST BE IN FLAT COLORS IF THE CHARACTER'S PALETTE IS
NOT PROVIDED WITHIN THE REFERENCE SHEET.-In providing a digital palette for traditional references, I prefer if the image is in a .PNG format and was done by the commissioner, not sent in as links to different websites. I'm only asking this for convenience sake on my end because it's annoying to jump from one tab to another just to grab the palette.-I have the right to decline your commission if I'm uncomfortable with doing it.Payment
-I will only accept USD through Paypal.-Payment must be made up front. I will not start on the commission unless I receive payment.-I will also accept half-and-half payment for the sketch and the finished product.-Invoice will be sent once the client provides their Paypal address.Time and Tweaking
-Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. However, it may also take me up to two-three months should there be personal issues that may hinder my ability to draw. Updates will be provided to my client if something personal arises.-I will send the finished sketch of the commission before proceeding to line and color it if any revisions are needed. Maximum amount of revisions I will be doing is only three.Copyright
-As the artist, only I will be the one to edit the final product.-You are free to repost the WATERMARKED commission anywhere, but please credit me as the original artist.-If you wish that your commission to be kept private, then please inform me as I do post the finished pieces to the public.-You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark or my signature on the piece.- You are NOT allowed to resell your commissioned piece as an NFT. If I find out you're doing so, you will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to commission from me again.-There may be a chance that I will use the piece you commissioned to be a part of my portfolio. Regardless, I will ask your permission for it.Refunds
-Only half of the money will be refunded, granted I have provided the sketch.

Regarding the first and second statement in the first section, this is mainly due to the fact that most of my commissioners are within the furry community, so a clear reference sheet is a must for me to get their character's colors and design right.
You can disregard it if you plan to commission a fandom based piece with canon characters.If you have any questions though, you're always free to ask me!
